The Product Manager role is part of a wider investment in building a new Product and Agile Delivery function. This is an opportunity for an individual to be responsible for and own the product planning and execution of technology change throughout the product lifecycle. This will include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will help your customers develop breakthrough FinTech features and will be able to apply your strengths by creating compelling proposals based on the latest technology.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that an appropriate product Strategy and roadmap is in place to guarantee that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Skills and Experience
❏ An understanding of the Consumer Credit / Retail Finance intermediary market, mortgage products and the technology underpins the business model
❏ Experience preferably in a payments environment (cards, innovative payment channels, wholesale and retail payments, instant payments)
❏ Specific experience in Retail Finance products like Buy Now Pay Later, Interest Free and Interest-Bearing loans executed through disparate channels e.g B2B (retailer / Brokers) or B2C
❏ Comfortable facilitating cross-functional working groups to model business scenarios and operational business processes, to understand the challenges and opportunities within large and complex change initiatives.
❏ Experienced Communicator and ability to engage and influence people at all levels within the organisation
❏ A good understanding of financial services products and providers, as well as the regulatory framework and requirements, Strong examples of using initiative and delivering positive outcomes
❏ Owning our view of the total addressable market for a product or area of the business with a deep understanding of how we segment that audience.
❏ Collaborating with research, design, data, engineering and the wider product discipline to help inform and guide product and feature development
❏ Launching features with a bang and driving sustained adoption and engagement over time, collaborating across your collective and the wider company to achieve your objectives
